Stephanie Hersh is a chef and educator who discovered her passion for cooking as a child. She trained at the Culinary Institute of America and built a career in pastry, teaching, and food history, including earning a Master's in Gastronomy. She worked closely with Julia Child for 15 years, then continued her culinary career in New Zealand and as a traveling instructor with Oceania Cruises, sharing her love of food around the world.
