How far in advance should I order a custom cake?

We recommend ordering custom cakes at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for special occasions like weddings or large events. For simpler designs, 1-2 weeks may be sufficient. During peak seasons (holidays, wedding season), we recommend booking even earlier to ensure availability.

Do you deliver cakes?

Yes! We offer local delivery in the Gloucester area and can arrange delivery for special events. We also offer nationwide shipping for many of our cake designs. Delivery fees and availability vary by location - please contact us for specific delivery options and pricing.

What flavors do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of cake flavors including vanilla, chocolate, red velvet, lemon, carrot cake, and many more. We also have seasonal flavors and can create custom flavor combinations. Fillings include buttercream, cream cheese, fruit preserves, ganache, and more. Let us know your preferences and we'll create something special!

Do you make gluten-free cakes?

Yes, we offer gluten-free options! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your order. We can accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs. Advance notice is recommended to ensure we have the right ingredients available.

Can I see examples of your work before ordering?

Absolutely! Visit our Cake Gallery to see examples of our custom cakes, or stop by our bakery at 63 Rogers Street in Gloucester to see our display cases. We're happy to discuss your vision and show you similar designs we've created.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans can change. For custom orders, cancellations made at least 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-7 days in advance may be subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations within 3 days of pickup/delivery may not be eligible for a refund as ingredients and time have already been allocated. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Do you offer cake decorating classes?

Yes! We periodically offer cake decorating classes and workshops. Check our website or social media for upcoming class schedules, or contact us to be notified when new classes are announced. Classes are great for beginners and those looking to improve their skills.

Can I order cakes for nationwide shipping?

Yes! Many of our cakes are available for nationwide shipping. We use special packaging to ensure your cake arrives fresh and intact. Shipping is available through our nationwide delivery service. Please note that some delicate designs may not be suitable for shipping - we'll let you know during the ordering process.
